Popular outdoor terrace says Jamie Oliver

Famous Chef Jamie Oliver is talking about Moncoeur Belleville in the last issue of his magazine. He thinks that Belleville is one of the newest and coolest areas of Paris. And he says that you have to stop in our restaurant for a good cuisine and for our outdoor popular terrace with its unique view above Paris.
