Hot Spots in Paris

ELLE, the famous French magazine, loves the restaurant Moncoeur Belleville and says that it is one of the hot spots in Paris with a chic and subtile cuisine made by Etienne Daviau (a young chef who has work with Eric Frechon at Bristol Paris and Senderens). ELLE magazine also says that the terrace is wonderful. That’s true.
